Questions

What happens to my receipts if I cancel?: They stay exactly where they are. Everything you have saved remains readable, searchable and exportable permanently, whether you are paying or not. Cancelling only pauses new uploads once you are back over the 500-receipt free limit.
Does Premium work in the iPhone and Android apps?: Yes. Sign in to the Bilbx app with the same account you subscribed with and Premium is already active. There is nothing to restore or re-enter.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Go to Settings in your Bilbx account and open billing management. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do the prices include GST?: Yes. A$2.99 and A$29.99 are in Australian dollars and include GST. There is nothing added at checkout.
Something went wrong with my payment. What now?: Contact us and we will sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of anything on this page.
