Questions
- What happens to my receipts if I cancel?
- They stay exactly where they are. Everything you have saved remains readable, searchable and exportable — permanently, whether you are paying or not. Cancelling only pauses new uploads once you are back over the 50-receipt free limit.
- Does Premium work in the iPhone and Android apps?
- Yes. Sign in to the Bilbx app with the same account you subscribed with and Premium is already active — there is nothing to restore or re-enter.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Go to Settings in your Bilbx account and open billing management. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Do the prices include GST?
- Yes. $2.99 and $29.99 are in Australian dollars and include GST. There is nothing added at checkout.
- Something went wrong with my payment — what now?
- Contact us and we will sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of anything on this page.
