Bilbx helps people turn everyday receipts into organised records they can find and use later. Built in Perth, Western Australia, and published by Fairgo Logistics, it brings receipt scanning, expense organisation and warranty tracking together on iOS, Android and the web. It first launched on iOS and Android in May 2026.
Users can photograph a paper receipt or import a PDF or digital receipt. Bilbx extracts the merchant, date, totals, tax and individual items into a searchable collection, making it easier to find proof of purchase, check a warranty or prepare expense records for an accountant.
For purchases that mix business and personal spending, Bilbx lets users split a receipt and calculate the business share. They can also set a business-use percentage for recurring expense categories, keeping the allocation alongside the original receipt for later review.
Bilbx tracks return windows and warranty periods to help users keep sight of important dates. Its features are tailored to Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom, reflecting differences in local record-keeping and consumer rules. A free plan is available, with an optional Premium subscription at $29.99 AUD a year.

How to use the mark
- Use the files as supplied. Do not recolour, outline, rotate, add effects to, or redraw the mark.

- Do not place the default wordmark on a dark or busy background — use the reversed wordmark instead.
- Do not use the Bilbx name or mark in a way that implies we endorse, sponsor or supplied a product that is not ours.
- Editorial use in coverage of Bilbx needs no permission. Anything else, ask.

I built Bilbx to solve a problem I knew firsthand. While working for myself, I needed to keep track of business expenses, but my receipts were scattered across pockets, gloveboxes and email threads. Keeping a complete, organised record took more time and effort than it should.
I wanted a simple, reliable way to capture receipts as they arrived and find them when I needed them. That became the foundation for Bilbx: a practical tool built around the everyday needs of people managing their own expenses.
As both its founder and a user, I have a personal stake in getting Bilbx right. My focus is on making the essentials work well and listening carefully to the people who use it. Their feedback helps guide what I build and improve, with a clear goal: less time managing receipts, and more confidence in the records you keep.
