Tax Lab is free: users sort expenses into country tax categories, split business and personal spending and keep a vehicle logbook, with Premium report exports. They can also group records into projects and track return windows and warranty periods. Built in Perth, Western Australia, Bilbx is available on iOS, Android and the web across Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and the US.

Bilbx helps people turn everyday receipts and income documents into organised records they can find and use later. Built in Perth, Western Australia, and published by Fairgo Logistics, it brings receipt scanning, income tracking, expense organisation and warranty reminders together on iOS, Android and the web. It first launched on iOS and Android in May 2026.

Users can photograph a paper receipt, import a PDF or forward digital receipts to their own @bilbx.com address. Bilbx extracts the merchant, date, totals, tax and individual items into a searchable collection, and converts foreign currencies at the purchase-date rate. In Money in, users can add client invoices, platform payout statements and remittance advice so income and platform fees are kept alongside their receipts.

Tax Lab is free. It sorts expenses into local tax categories for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, lets users split mixed receipts or set standing business-use percentages, and brings income and claimed expenses together by tax year or filing period. A free vehicle logbook reads odometer photos and fills in the car claim. Premium adds CSV and ZIP report exports.

Bilbx also groups receipts and income into projects and tracks return windows and warranty periods before they expire. A free plan is available, with an optional Premium subscription at A$29.99 AUD a year on the web.

How to use the mark

  • Do not use the Bilbx name or mark in a way that implies we endorse, sponsor or supplied a product that is not ours.

I built Bilbx to solve a problem I knew firsthand. While working for myself, I needed to keep track of business expenses, but my receipts were scattered across pockets, gloveboxes and email threads. Keeping a complete, organised record took more time and effort than it should.

I wanted a simple, reliable way to capture receipts as they arrived and find them when I needed them. That became the foundation for Bilbx: a practical tool built around the everyday needs of people managing their own expenses.

As both its founder and a user, I have a personal stake in getting Bilbx right. My focus is on making the essentials work well and listening carefully to the people who use it. Their feedback helps guide what I build and improve, with a clear goal: less time managing receipts, and more confidence in the records you keep.
