Request Account and Data Deletion for Bilbx

If you wish to delete your Bilbx account and erase all associated personal data, you can do so directly in the app or by submitting a request.
How to request deletion
In-App Option (Fastest)
Open the Bilbx App, navigate to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and click Delete Account.
Online Request
Submit a deletion request online through our secure contact form. Select “Account and data deletion request” from the dropdown menu to initiate your request securely.
What data is deleted?
Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete:
- •Your user account credentials and authentication records.
- •All synced digital receipt metadata (merchant, date, amounts, categories).
- •All uploaded receipt photos and document files stored in our secure storage.
What data is kept?
Standard compliance details are kept for legal auditing:
We do not retain any historical receipt or personal files. Transaction logs related to subscriptions are kept exclusively for financial auditing/billing compliance for standard retention periods dictated by local tax law, after which they are also purged.
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
